Welcome to OPBA's Principles Certificate exam registration page. If you have not done so already, please complete the Principles exam application by clicking the link below - please ensure you include all the required attachments when you fill out the application form. This step must be completed prior to registering for the exam. You will receive an email from an OPBA staff member who will confirm if you are eligible to write the exam. You will either receive a link to register for the exam and pay the exam fees, or you will be notified of what courses you are missing to be eligible.
