Construction is risky business. As an owner, your ability to identify and manage risks is vital for the successful completion of a project. To further complicate a complex contract, the Supreme Court of Canada has now provided additional clarity when determining if a municipality is an “employer” under Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear our panel of industry and legal experts provide their insight on mitigating risk in construction contracts in 2024!

This workshop is free for OPBA members.
