We are thrilled to welcome Ashley Bridgeman, a Solicitor from The Regional Municipality of Durham, to our next Coffee with Counsel. Ashley will discuss a recent Ontario Court of Appeal decision that deals with trade treaty obligations, among other issues. This will also include some discussion around BOBIA and how organizations might include social procurement ideals in their processes. Ashley will leave about 30 minutes for general procurement law questions, and we encourage members to send questions ahead of time for her consideration.
This session will be moderated by Michelle Trudel, Board Director.
Send your questions to members@opba.ca by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 13.
