The Introduction to Procurement for Construction and Advanced Procurement for Construction are compendium chapters to the OPBA Principles Program textbook designed to present an overview of procurement relating to construction projects, including new builds, renovations and demolitions. The Introduction and Advanced chapters include necessary components to the construction procurement process in sufficient detail to provide to Principles Program participants, and to those who would read these chapters for general interest, an excellent working guide to the entire process from concept to final completion and review.
